This training is based on modular approach. Each module is concluded with passing certification and gaining licence or and certification. It will take you through PPL, CPL up to Frozen ATPL(A) which allows you to apply for a job at any airline company.
It is possible to pass all the training segments consecutively or just selected modules. You always need to meet the entry criteria for the particular module

Practical flight training
